Problem Statement

Goods Receipt Officers (GROs) manually process invoices for Augmented Resources, requiring significant effort and time. This process is inefficient and diverts their attention from core work

Solution

*Vendor Management System is a system developed by GTO and is expected to be released 2nd half of 2025.

Impact

Savings of 500hours per month = 3MMF per month​ No more disruption from actual work​
