
A tool designed to streamline and ease communication between meeting organisers and attendees, reducing the coordination effort required for setting up meetings
Meetings are a vital part of the workday, but finding a time that works for everyone can be a challenge. This becomes even harder when coordinating with people from different organisations or for 'not-so-pleasant' meetings. Cross-communication and privacy concerns add complexity to the process.
To understand how we can efficiently gather everyone's availability and find a suitable time to meet, we spoke with public officers, such as personal assistants and social case workers, who regularly deal with scheduling. Their feedback was clear—too much time was spent on endless back-and-forth communication, which is frustrating, and existing tools didn't make it easy to find the right time for all parties involved.
