CrowdInsights revolutionizes surveys by fostering virtual interactions among participants and delivering personalised insight posters that reveal unique behavioural preferences and decision-making perspectives.

Citizens struggle with sustained engagement with Government agencies because interactions are often one-way, leaving citizens without visibility on how their input aligns with others. Without immediate feedback or insights, participation feels transactional, leading to disengagement over time.
The lack of immediate feedback discourages participation – People are more likely to engage when they see instant validation of their input.
Citizens want to see how their responses compare with others – Transparency in collective opinions fosters a sense of involvement and trust. This also help citizens gain insight to what others are also thinking about, and learn from other perspectives.
Traditional surveys feel transactional and do not create a sense of impact – Without visibility into how responses are used, engagement remains short-lived.
We believe that providing real-time visibility of survey responses through instant poll-style results and AI-generated insights will result in higher citizen engagement, increased participation, and stronger trust in government initiatives because instant feedback creates a sense of involvement, reduces the frustration of one-way interactions, and helps users see the collective relevance of their input, which aligns with behavioural insights principles of social proof and instant gratification.
As such, our solution focused on re-inventing the surveys presented to citizens by sharing the views held by other surveyors, allowing participants to interact with each other virtually.
How users can compare their response to the other respondents
At the end of each survey, citizens will get a personalised insight poster tailored according to their responses.

These insights not only provide respondents with unique perspectives on their behavioural preferences and decision-making processes but also serve as valuable feedback for agencies to identify areas for improvement.
The implementation of our tool has received positive feedback from both citizens and agency users, highlighting its potential to drive meaningful engagement and actionable insights.
In summary, the tool has demonstrated its ability to create a more participatory and transparent feedback system, benefiting both citizens and government agencies while driving collective action and trust in public governance.
The current survey generation process relies exclusively on questions generated by a Large Language Model (LLM) based on topics provided by the user. To enhance this, we plan to enable users from various agencies to generate a list of survey questions powered by the LLM, with the flexibility to customize these questions to better align with their specific use cases.
Additionally, we will explore ways to consolidate the insights generated from each survey and identify critical feedback from citizens that require immediate attention, highlighting these for government agencies.
We can also capitalise on the Artificial Intelligence added to the system by sending out surveys only to the relevant demographic to ensure we collect relevant data essential for government agencies.
The team will also focus on further enhancing the survey interface, making it more visually appealing and intuitive to encourage greater citizen participation.
