Project Description

Counsellor's Bestie is poised to transform counselling data collection by utilizing AI to enhance data accuracy, reduce errors, and save time for ECG Counsellors and HQ. Key features include an AI-enabled chatbot for automated data collection, trend identification for counsellors, and standardized Excel outputs. The potential savings are significant, with manual data collection time reduced from 132 days to 26 days annually for counsellors, and HQ effort decreased from 20 man-days per quarter to just 4 man-days per quarter.
